    You have fourteen days to return an item. The reflection period starts at the time of delivery of your order. You must notify us in advance of your return by email. Indicate with reasons which item (s) you want to return. You will receive a return number, a return form and the return address from us. Returns without a return number and / or return form are not accepted. If you have any questions, you can always call us during our opening hours on +72 581 2012.

    Return shipments are at the expense and risk of the returner.

    Return items will not be reimbursed and / or exchanged if:

    - Original brand, price and / or security labels from the item have been removed and / or moved.

    - Any packaging of the article is damaged and / or missing and / or incomplete.

    - The article has been worn and / or washed.

    - The article shows signs of use and / or wear.

    - The item has stains and / or perfume / smoke odor.

    - Shoe soles are damaged.

    - The article is damaged and / or you have tried to repair the damage / defect yourself.

    - The prescribed use and washing instructions of the article have not been followed.



    Important information for orders outside the EU:

    Deliveries to countries outside the EU may be subjected to additional fees (tax, customs, import duties) by local governing authorities. These fees are not included in our services. In addition, we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or wrongly delivered packages by the carriers as we only function as an intermediary between our customers and the carrier.
